Anchor Point Archery was formed to further the learning of archery skills for people of all ages throughout the west valley of Phoenix, Arizona. Archery has become a bit of a lost art and we are committed to teaching archery in a safe, responsible and enjoyable environment.
We offer lessons for homeschool kids & parents almost every month, right in Goodyear. AZ Anchor Point Archery is a recognized VENDOR for ESA homeschool families here in the Valle, Special billing arrangements can be made to use this service by talking with Coach Pam directly Since we are a mobile unit, we can take these lessons all around the valley, provided there is a spacious & a safe place to hold classes. (there is a travel fee that applies) Please reach out to us for more information or to book your Homeschool group.
We have a competitive Archery club for those who would like to
continue shooting Archery after completing the BASIC ARCHERY
COURSE. Club is for both kids & adults.
This wonderful sport is for everybody! Kids can start at age 8, or 3rd grade, after that… there is no cap on age to stop shooting archery. There are many ways we can assist in accommodating those who are not fully able-bodied or have special needs, we will do our best so that no one is excluded.
We are partnered with The Barebow Project for Instruction, Coaching of archers & Coaching of the Coaches. Frank McDonough has taken us under his wing and has offered us great instruction & support for our Barebow Archers.
Anchor Point Archery is based out of Buckeye AZ. Any travel within 25 miles of the base is included. $5.00 per each additional 10 miles.
